Description
COFFEE COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has arrested and charged two Coffee County men with multiple counts of sexual exploitation of children following separate investigations.
Jonathan Dwayne Graham, 31, of Broxton, GA, was charged with five counts of sexual exploitation of children.
The GBI CEACC Unit began investigating Graham’s online activity in November 2025 after receiving the NCMEC report. The investigation led to a search of Graham’s home and his subsequent arrest.
Graham was booked into the Coffee County Jail.
Matthew Lee Sprinkle, 34, of Nicholls, GA, was charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of children.
The GBI CEACC Unit began investigating Sprinkle’s online activity in June 2025 after receiving the NCMEC report. The investigation led to a search of Sprinkle’s home and his subsequent arrest.
Sprinkle was booked into the Coffee County Jail.
Both investigations began after the GBI Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit received Cyber Tipline Reports from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding possible online possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material. The Coffee County Sheriff’s Office, Decatur County Sheriff’s Office, and GBI’s Regional Investigative Office in Douglas assisted with both investigations.
Both investigations are part of the ongoing effort by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, housed within the GBI’s Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit, to identify those involved in the trade of child sexual abuse material.
The ICAC Program, created by the U.S. Department of Justice, was developed in response to the increasing number of children and teenagers using the internet, the proliferation of child sexual abuse material, and the heightened online activity by predators searching for unsupervised contact with underage victims.
Anyone with information about other cases of child exploitation is asked to contact the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit at 404-270-8870 or report via the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children CyberTipline at Cybertipline.org.
