HOMERVILLE, Ga. (WALB) – The Homerville Police Department is actively investigating a series of incidents involving vandalized stop signs in multiple neighborhoods across Homerville.
The damaged signs were reported at key intersections including Carswell Street at Sweat Street and Carswell Street at Huxford Street. A map shared by authorities highlights the impacted area, which includes nearby landmarks such as the Piggly Wiggly and River Brook Healthcare Center.
In a Facebook post, HPD posted images of the damaged signs and urged residents to come forward with any information.
Anyone with information that could lead to the identification and prosecution of those responsible is encouraged to call the Homerville Police Department at (912) 487-5306.
