GRADY COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) — An illegal automatic firearm was located inside the vehicle that was involved in a pursuit with the Grady County Sheriff’s Office (GCSO) on Monday, June 15, officials said.
GCSO said in a Facebook post that the pursuit was at about 2 a.m. Monday near Highway 111 North and Spence Road.

No injuries were reported during the pursuit, officials said.
The sheriff’s office reportedly performed a Precision Immobilization Technique (PIT) maneuver to end the pursuit with the suspect.
GCSO did not release further details about the suspect or their specific charges.
Officials urged drivers to use caution in the area while the investigation continues. GCSO said delays may be expected.
