LEE COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) - The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help identifying two suspects accused of shoplifting from the CVS on U.S. 19 South.

The incident happened around 9 a.m. Wednesday morning. According to deputies, a Black male wearing a white hat, white shirt, and flower-print shorts, along with a Black female wearing a pink tank top, floral-print shorts, and long black braids, entered the store and left with a bag and basket full of merchandise without paying.

The pair were seen leaving the area in a white sedan, captured in surveillance photos.

Investigators say these images were obtained by the initial responding deputy and do not reflect the full quality of the store’s camera system, but they are the best available at this time.
