TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) - A man living in Thomasville, Georgia, pleaded guilty to attempting to entice or persuade a minor to engage in sexual activity.
Jevan Antonio Miller, 28, also pleaded guilty to interstate travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct.

Court documents show that in April 2025, detectives with the Tallahassee Police Department and the Leon County Sheriff’s Office were working on an undercover operation to identify people attempting to sexually exploit children online.
During the investigation, officers identified Miller, who was soliciting what he believed to be a 15-year-old girl online. He was actually talking to an undercover detective.

Miller made plans to drive from Thomasville to Tallahassee, Florida to meet with the 15-year-old and engage in sexual activity.
When he arrived at the meeting place, he was met by law enforcement and immediately arrested, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Northern District of Florida.
Miller is facing a minimum mandatory sentence of 10 years and a maximum of life in prison.
