The GSP Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team (SCRT-G) responded to the crash and is leading the ongoing investigation. At this time, officials state that charges are pending, and further details will be released as the investigation progresses.
Law enforcement has not yet released the identity of the victim or the operator of the side-by-side.
This is a developing story and charges are pending. Check back for updates as more information becomes available.
