PELHAM, Ga. (WALB) - One person was shot Monday night on Baggs Avenue, according to Pelham Police Department Assistant Chief Rod Williams.
The shooting occurred around 11:39 p.m. May 18.
The victim was taken to Phoebe in Albany and has been transferred to Emory in Atlanta for more treatment.
Williams said police have one person of interest in custody and more arrests are expected.
The investigation is active and ongoing. Names will not be released at this time.
