PEARSON, Ga. (WALB) - The Pearson Police Department (PPD) is warning residents of a man who fled from police.
At around 4:57 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 31, police posted to Facebook that a Black male fled on foot from law enforcement in the area of Lott Avenue behind Aidens. A search is currently underway.
Police describe him as having:
- Light skin
- Dreads pulled tight to the back of his head
- Tall, skinny build
- A red shirt
- No shoes, but may have socks on
People are asked to stay out of that area if possible.
Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911.
