LEE COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) — The Lee County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) released security footage Wednesday, Feb. 4, after they responded to multiple entering auto incidents on Feb. 2 and 3. They are asking the public to assist in identifying the suspect seen in the footage.
The incidents were reported from the Glendale Subdivision and Creekside Drive, LCSO said. Officials said that several vehicles were broken into, and that some sustained ignition damage because suspects tried to start the vehicles.

LCSO said that a handgun and a rifle, among other items, were stolen from a vehicle on Feb. 3.
A suspect is seen in the security footage, LCSO said. The suspect is described as wearing a camo jacket and black face mask, while carrying a red camo backpack, according to the sheriff’s office. Officials said that the suspect’s voice is also heard on the security footage.
