CRISP COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) – A man is in custody following a pursuit through parts of Crisp County on Tuesday morning.
Around 8:45 a.m., a Crisp County deputy attempted to serve arrest warrants on Jimmy Graham, described as a white male. Graham fled the scene in a Ford Explorer, leading authorities on a chase that traveled west on 24th Avenue, looped back east on 16th Avenue, and continued north on the interstate.
Troopers with the Georgia State Patrol were able to bring the pursuit to a safe end using a successful PIT maneuver.
No injuries were reported, and no other vehicles were involved in the incident.
The Crisp County Sheriff’s Office expressed appreciation for the assistance of the Cordele Police Department, Georgia State Patrol, and Dooly County Sheriff’s Office in helping bring the situation to a peaceful resolution.
