THOMASVILLE, Ga. (WALB) - The Thomasville Police Department (TPD) announced today, April 30, that they made two arrests in separate child exploitation cases in South Georgia.
TPD said a man from Quitman, Michael Hoskins, was arrested for child exploitation and criminal attempt to commit a felony (statutory rape). They said the 35-year-old was arrested on April 28. The police department did not release any further details about this case.
Additionally, TPD said they arrested a man from Leesburg on April 29. Melvin Office, 40, was arrested on the same charges as Hoskins in a completely separate case.
