Description
TODAY: Trade the jacket for an umbrella. A few showers are possible this morning, but better rain chances show this afternoon. It will be mild starting near 60 and warming into the middle 70s.
FRIDAY: Rain chances build overnight and peak tomorrow morning with some thunder. A solid 1″-2″ is expected. Rain and thunder will be shunted south by Friday evening. This rain will be welcome with widespread extreme to severe drought covering all of South Georgia.
WEEKEND: Saturday starts with clouds and ends with sunshine. A chilly start Sunday but warming back up by afternoon to put an exclamation point on the weekend.
EARLY WEEK: It will warm Monday to 80 degrees. A weak back door cold front gently cools us down Tuesday.
