SYLVESTER, Ga. (WALB) - Sher’miah Donaldson signed her letter of intent Friday morning to continue her soccer career at Andrew College.

Head coach Sanders Dorough said Donaldson is one of the most talented players he has coached. The senior captain ranks fourth all time in goals and third all time in assists for Worth County girls soccer ahead of playoffs.

“I chose Andrew College because out of all colleges, the coach, like, she made a personal bond with me. She made her way to just speak to me 24-7, get to know me better, and I just really love that I bond. And I love having bonds with coaches because with my recent coaches, Coach Dealer and Coach Burrell, I have a bond with them, like, a very close bond, so I really love that,” Donaldson said.

Donaldson credits her younger sister, who passed away two years ago, for her success. She said she strives for greatness and lives life to the fullest every day for her sister who did not get that opportunity.
