ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The Albany Police Department (APD) is investigating a shooting that took place on Sunday, September 21.

According to APD, the shooting occurred just before 3 p.m. in the 600 block of South Valencia Drive.

A 42-year-old man was shot and is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, according to APD.
