BERRIEN COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) - A portion of Nashville-Enigma Highway is closed fro repairs.

According to the Berrien County Public Works Department, the closure stretches from Marie Prince Road to Griner Cemetery Road. Officials say the issue was discovered during a routine pipe inspection, prompting the need for immediate repairs.

The roadway is expected to remain closed until later this afternoon while crews work to fix the problem.

Drivers are urged to seek alternate routes, and officials say updates will be provided once the road reopens.
