LEON COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) - A man has been arrested in connection with two separate homicides in Leon County and another one in Valdosta, according to the Leon County Sheriff’s Office.
Flay Rollins, 54, was charged with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, per the sheriff’s office.

Deputies said they identified Rollins as a suspect while investigating a homicide at 150 Bethel By The Lake Drive, where a woman was found dead from gunshot wounds.
Later during the investigation, the U.S. Marshals Taskforce told deputies that Rollins was located and taken to the Leon County Detention Facility following a Lowndes Co. Sheriff’s Office warrant issued for a separate homicide in Valdosta, per LCSO.

Rollins reportedly admitted to the Bethel By The Lake homicide while in custody and told deputies of a second homicide he committed in Leon County.
Detectives used information provided by Rollins and found another woman in the Apalachicola National Forest who was dead from gunshot wounds, per LCSO. Deputies said the Medical Examiner’s Office found that the woman was pregnant when she died.
According to the Leon County Clerk of Courts website, Rollins is a repeat offender with charges spanning back to 1994.
LCSO said that this is an ongoing investigation and additional charges may be filed. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Consolidated Dispatch Agency at 850-606-5800.
