ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The Albany Municipal Auditorium filled with music Thursday, Feb. 26, evening as the community gathered for the 11th annual Lift Every Voice concert.

The free event, organized by Attorney Ken Nugent and the Sowega Rising Council, featured performances from the MLK Mass Choir, the Freedom Singers and local choirs.

Organizers said they are committed to making the celebration an annual tradition, ensuring the stories continue to be told through music.
