ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The Coffee County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) made a Facebook post Wednesday, March 11, warning residents of a recent scam.
Residents have reported receiving emails claiming to be from Sgt. L’Kala Wilson with the CCSO. CCSO said these emails are not legitimate.
If you receive an email like this, CCSO also said you should not click any links, don’t reply to it and delete it immediately.
To contact CCSO directly, you can call them at 912-384-4227.
